FAQ

This legal brand policy contains a series of information needed to protect the client, the company, and Illustrative Assets & Co. It is required that you carefully read and review the terms and conditions prior to using our site and continuing the use of our services.

You must be copy and content ready once your order has been placed. You will receive a form to submit your information.

 

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME​

​

Allow 1 business day for your order to process. Orders placed by 11am ct. during business hours may be processed the same day. Orders placed on Fridays will be processed the following business working day.

​

Orders placed during out of office hours will be processed once we return. 

​

Shipping time will vary by client, and product purchased. Digital services do not require shipment of any products.

PAYMENTS, BOOKINGS, AND DEPOSITS

​

Your order must be paid in full to secure your branding service. All graphic design services are deemed final. If you have any questions or concerns about your experience, please contact customer service at IA@illustrativeassets.com and we will be able to offer the best solution. We take pride in making sure that you're on brand, and satisfied. Let us help make it right if any problems occur.

CONFIDENTIALITY

 

The Designer hereby acknowledges he/she may be involved in or become aware of information that relates to the client on a personal level including information related to the client's past, future, present, customer names, marketing plans, project information, and financial documents. The Designer agrees to protect all the above information and keep any information obtained confidential unless stated otherwise. However, the Designer will be permitted to display final work on their website or in promotional materials.

 

PROJECT TURN AROUND TIME, DRAFTS, AND REVISIONS

 

Drafts that are sent to clients to review may not be copied, or used without consent and release. Turn around times vary based on the service type and booking availability. Review the product/service details and description section for accurate turn around times, included revision count, and more.

 

COMMUNICATION AND TERMINATION

 

Illustrative Assets Co. does not tolerate abusive behavior of any kind. Slandering the company and designer in any shape or form will result in immediate cancellation of your order. Those who have orders canceled due to abusive or elicit behavior will forfeit their right to a service or refund. Those who do not comply with this policy will be subject to legal action and will not be able to return for future services.  We take pride in providing top tier customer service, and appreciate our clients' who share the same respect for our company. 

 

The design project must be communicated via email or through our member portal.  Allow 1-3 business working days for project updates, or email responses from our team. If you are within your design turn around time, updates will not be sent until drafts are ready, or request are being made.

Fraud Protection Security.

Billing Address and credit card information must match your credit card statement.

Credit or Debit Card digit numbers, expiration dates, or CVC codes will not be stored on our site.
